OUR PROGRAMS

This is where you get the best hour of your day – in our classes! Led by our amazing coaches, all of our classes are built to deliver results and a heart-pumping good time. We scale every workout to meet you where you are, so don’t worry that any of these are "too tough" for you.

FTX

FTX is FitTown's signature cross-training program that combines strength training, bodyweight training, and conditioning. FTX focuses on functional, full-body exercises that will help you get in the best shape of your life and make you feel strong, confident, and capable. Every day is different so you will break through plateaus and never get bored. You'll practice and learn challenging movements like barbell power cleans, rope climbs, and Concept 2 ski erg. Don't worry though, every movement is scalable for any age and ability level. All you need to do is show up with a positive attitude and give your full effort each day. 3-4 times per week we perform a dedicated strength or skill work block, prior to the workout of the day. Each class is 60 minutes long and includes a coach led warm up, workout of the day, and cool down.

beachfit

BeachFit

BeachFit does NOT take place on the beach, but it WILL help you get your body beach ready! It is similar to our FTX program, but without the barbells. In BeachFit, we focus more on burning fat, building cardiovascular endurance, improving core strength, and increasing flexibility. This program includes some of the same strength elements of our FTX program; like kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, and bodyweight movements. BeachFit is great for those who feel they need to get in shape, or simply prefer a more cardio-focused routine more than building strength. These classes are 45 minutes long from start to finish and include a specific warmup, workout of the day, and a cool down.

FitKids

Our FitKids classes are for children ages 6-12 years old. We teach them the fundamentals of movement, exercise, nutrition and character. We have a “whole-child” approach that really gives kids confidence, builds character, and allows them to have fun while doing it! Want growth minded and gritty kids? Come check us out. If you have teens older than 12, they can join our adult FTX or BeachFit classes - or possibly take on sport specific training.

Nutrition Coaching

Stop wasting your time with fad diets, or trying to starve your way to weight loss. We will help you lose fat, add muscle tone, increase your energy, and improve your performance in a way that is sustainable. We use science based approaches to nutrition and behavior change. Our expert coaches will help create a custom plan for you AND keep you accountable to it. All of our programs are co-created with registered dietitian Nicole Aucoin, of Healthy Steps Nutrition.

Personal Coaching

Our group classes or personal training will take care of you for the hour you spend here with us, but who is looking after you during those other 23 hours of the day? Leading a healthy lifestyle is so much more than just spending one hour in the gym every day. Our custom personal coaching plans will give you the direction and accountability you need to lose that last 20 lbs, train for your first Spartan Race, or decrease stress in your life. Choose from nutrition coaching, pain-free coaching, performance coaching, or accountability coaching. Personal coaching is like having an expert coach in your pocket 24/7!

Personal Training

While group classes can be fun and high energy, there is no substitute for the coaching and attention to detail that you get in a 1-on-1 training environment. Personal training is the ideal way to learn the skills necessary to excel in group classes, or for individuals who have very specific goals, or injuries/limitations that require additional attention beyond the group setting. We start all of our personal training clients with detailed body composition testing, a full-body movement assessment, and an overall fitness assessment. From there we build out a program that is custom to you.

Sport Specific Training

Whether you are an athlete that is looking to maximize the off-season, or a team that is looking to be a step ahead of their competition, we can help. Sport-specific training is the best way to develop the strength, speed, and endurance to excel on the field. We've worked with high school, college, and professional athletes of all ages and sports to create a custom plan that will maximize every minute you spend training.
