Which option should I choose?

Our most popular option is our 2 personal training 40 Days to Fit offer.  We recommend most people start with this, even if they have prior workout experience. The teaching and coaching you receive in your two sessions one-on-one with a coach can be invaluable to your progress. Your coach will also perform an injury prevention movement assessment with you before you begin. They will prepare you and get you ready for most of the movements you will see in the group classes. If you have any limitations or previous injuries you can ask your personal coach on how best to accommodate them.

This is your initial consult and a full tour of the facility and programs where we will talk about your goals, both immediate and long term, discuss your current ability level as well as your exercise history.
