Integrity is one of the most underrated attributes of an athlete. Because I think it’s so important, I make sure it’s a big part of my teaching when I welcome a new 40 Days to Fit member.  I try to drive home the importance of counting reps and performing movements correctly.

Our Committed Club 2020 bar is set at 180 workouts. This year we are foregoing the monthly requirement and simply doing a yearly total. Just hit 180 workouts in the year of 2020 and you're in! And guess what...REMOTE WORKOUTS count too!

When my son Dylan joined his first sports team this past fall, there was nobody more worried about their kid’s acceptance with others than us. He was one of the younger kids on the team, had zero prior experience in sports, and was born on the autism spectrum.
